Welcome to LoanFlow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LoanFlow mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using LoanFlow, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

LoanFlow is a personal financial management application designed to help users:

• Track personal loans and debt

• Monitor expenses and income

• Create budgets and savings plans

• View financial reports and summaries

LoanFlow is a self-management tool and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LoanFlow.
By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

By using LoanFlow, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when entering financial data

• Use the app only for lawful purposes

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the App

• Secure your device with appropriate protection (PIN, password, biometric lock)

You are solely responsible for the financial data you input and decisions made based on the App’s reports.

4. No Financial Advice

LoanFlow provides financial tracking and visualization tools only.

We do not:

• Offer loan services

• Lend money

• Act as a financial institution

• Provide professional financial advice

All financial decisions are made at your own risk.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Financial data entered into the App is stored locally on your device unless cloud features are enabled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, logos, and software related to LoanFlow are the property of LoanFlow and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

LoanFlow may integrate third-party tools such as:

• Analytics services

• Crash reporting tools

• Cloud storage providers

We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

LoanFlow shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses

• Data loss

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Decisions made based on financial reports generated by the App

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse or abuse the App

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be reflected with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the user’s jurisdiction.
